Shipping Policy

Welcome to Grandbuytoys! Here is our shipping policy:

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. If you see "Shipping not available for selected address" during checkout, please contact our customer service at cs@grandbuytoys.com for assistance.
  • International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package weight. Except for some pre-order products, the shipping rates will be automatically calculated by our website at checkout based on the shipping address and overall order weight.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their respective countries.
  • All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (please note that as it is international shipping, the tracking number you receive may not be the final tracking number. If you are unable to track your package after 3 days of receiving the tracking number, please contact cs@grandbuytoys.com promptly).


Estimated Delivery Time:

The delivery time for orders varies depending on several factors and the approximate delivery times for orders are as follows:

  • Shipping to the continental United States and Canada: 10-15 business days.
  • Shipping to most European countries: 8-12 business days.
  • Shipping to Brazil: 20-25 business days.
  • Shipping to most Southeast Asian countries: 4-6 business days.


Other Terms and Conditions:

 

  • If customers request re-delivery of the shipment to a different address, additional charges may apply.
  • If customers provide incomplete or incorrect delivery address/contact number/email address or fail to respond to our emails/phone calls or other contact methods to confirm shipping information within 60 specified days, resulting in the inability to ship the product, we will arrange a refund to your credit card account.
  • If customers fail to respond to the courier's emails/phone calls or other contact methods to receive the package, Grandbuytoys will make every effort to contact the customer for package retrieval. However, if the customer fails to respond to our emails/phone calls or other contact methods within the specified days, or refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, and any other related fees, or refuses to accept the package, resulting in unsuccessful delivery, the package may be held, seized, or disposed of by the courier company or local customs due to excessive backlog, and the customer will bear the responsibility.

In such cases, Grandbuytoys has successfully shipped the order based on the order information, and the transaction will be considered completed.
