Return & Refund

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-product quality issues.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cs@grandbuytoys.com so that we can assess the problem and make corrections.

Please Note:

  1. Required Information: To expedite the resolution of your product issue, please include the following in your email:

    • Order number or purchase receipt
    • Detailed description of the product issue
    • Corresponding pictures or videos as evidence
  2. Reporting Timeline:

    • Report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving the goods.
    • For issues reported beyond this time frame, we will not provide free after-sales service.
  3. Fraud Concerns:

    • Due to credible concerns regarding potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay refunds until the actual receipt of the item.
  4. Processing Time:

    • It may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the goods at our warehouse to process them.
  5. Return Conditions:

    • Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and have the original tags and packaging.
    • We are not responsible for any returned packages lost or stolen during the shipping process. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending the return.
  6. Refund Method:

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
