Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges for non-product quality issues.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at cs@grandbuytoys.com so that we can assess the problem and make corrections.

Please Note:

  1. In order to expedite the resolution of your product issue, we require you to provide the following information in your email: order number or purchase receipt, detailed description of the product issue, and corresponding pictures or videos as evidence.
  1. You must report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving the goods.

          For product issues reported beyond this time frame, we will not provide free after-sales service. Due to credible concerns regarding potential fraud, we reserve the right to delay refunds until the actual receipt of the item.

  1. It may take up to 7 business days from the date we receive the goods at our warehouse to process them.
          The merchandise must be unworn, unused, and have the original tags and packaging for returns. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost or stolen during the shipping process. Please retain your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when sending the return.
  1. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
